2. Account
For you to be able to place bets on Gamegram, you must first register on the Website and create a personal account (the “Account”) with your respective credentials. Creation of the Account on the Website is not required to get access to general information about available games, statistics, and legal notices published on the Website.
As part of the registration process, you will have to provide your date of birth, valid email address, the username (not disruptive or offensive), location, promo code (optional), and password. You must enter all mandatory information requested into the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided to us under these Terms is true, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. If any such information changes, you must update such information as soon as possible. You must enter all mandatory information requested into the registration form, including a valid email address. Gamegram reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Gamegram reserves the right to restrict the Service, payment, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in Gamegram’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to block or delay the processing of withdrawal requests until requested copies of valid photographic identification and/or proof of address are provided to our satisfaction.
Gamegram reserves the right to disclose a user’s information as appropriate to comply with legal processes or as otherwise permitted by the legal policies of Gamegram, and by using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosure. Gamegram is not able to verify the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that the use of the Service is lawful.
You are allowed to have only one Account. If you attempt to open more than one Account, all your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed and any crypto amount credited to your account/s will be frozen. If you notice that you have more than one registered Account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Account being blocked. You are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or acquiring other Accounts to or from other users.
You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors concerning your Account or any calculations concerning any bet you have placed. We reserve the right to declare null and void any bets that are subject to such an error.
By creating the Account, you also consent to receive electronic communications from the Website (e.g., via email). These communications may include notices about the Account and are part of your relationship with us. 3. Deposits
You may place bets on Gamegram only if you have sufficient funds in your Account. To deposit funds into your Account, you can transfer funds from crypto wallets under your control. Deposits can only be made with your own funds.
All minimum deposit amounts are specified per single transaction. Deposits below the specified minimum amounts will not be processed. Gamegram shall not be held liable for any transactions that do not meet our listed minimum deposit requirements.
We use third-party payment service processors for the purchase, sale, or exchange of cryptocurrencies that offer their payment gateways. The respective third-party payment processor is primarily responsible for facilitating payments. The payment processor assumes primary responsibility for payment and payment-related customer support. The terms between the payment processor and users who utilize the services offered by the payment processor are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this Website. Note that your payment service provider may charge you additional fees for deposits according to their terms and conditions and your user agreement.
For duly transactions performance on the Website you may be requested to provide personal and payment processing data (e.g. name, surname, address, identifying documents, residence place confirmation documents, and any other identification data) to the payment processors, including the consent for processing these data by the payment services to carry out the requested transactions.
We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when processing deposits into your Account. Funds cannot be transferred from your Account to the Account of another user.
4. Withdrawals
All withdrawals shall be processed under our withdrawal policy. Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address when making a valid withdrawal request. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we became aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. All transactions shall be checked to prevent money laundering. Gamegram expressly prohibits and rejects the use of the Service for any form of illicit activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or trade sanctions violations, consistent with various laws and regulations. To that end, the Service is not offered to individuals or entities subject to the United States, European Union, or other global sanctions or watch lists. Withdrawal times typically range from 1 to 5 business days. However, these timeframes may be extended if additional document verification is required. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment (e.g. coin mixing). Gamegram may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold funds if requested to do so by the applicable AML/KYC regulations or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority. In addition, we reserve the right to apply a spend requirement of at least 1 (one) time the deposit amount if we suspect the player is using our service as a mixer. Alternatively, we can also apply a withdrawal fee of 10% if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that our service is used for any other purpose than entertainment.
If you win 100,000 USD (one hundred thousand US dollars) or more, or the equivalent in any currency we provide, we reserve the right to pay a maximum of up to 10,000 USD (ten thousand US dollars) per week until the full amount is settled. You will not earn any interest on outstanding amounts and acknowledge that Gamegram is not a financial institution.
We inform you that due to the nature of the gaming process and crypto transactions all transactions are final and irrevocable. Funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and are not eligible for a refund. In exceptional cases, we may consider your refund request and decide at our discretion. These exceptional cases are limited to serious payment delays, abnormal price fluctuations, or any guilty actions of 3rd parties. 5. Promotions
Each reward/bonus has its own set of terms and conditions and individual requirements if any. By activating a reward/bonus or promotion, you confirm that you also agree to the applicable requirements and conditions. Gamegram reserves the right to cancel any promotion, reward, bonus, or reward program (including, but not limited to deposit rewards, reload rewards, bonuses, and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe the reward/bonus has been set up incorrectly, is being abused, and if said reward has been paid out, we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a reward is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely by Gamegram.
Certain types of games (e.g. Gamegram original games) contribute less to the loyalty points and cashback, but they heavily contribute to the badges of honour and other rewards.
Please note that the calculation of wagered amount contributes differently based on the category of the game played:
- Slots: Bets placed on slot games contribute 100% towards the wagered amount.
- Table Games: Bets placed on table games contribute 100% towards the wagered amount.
- Live Casino: Bets placed on live casino games contribute 100% towards the wagered amount.
- PvP Games: Bets placed on live casino games contribute 5% towards the wagered amount.
These percentages are applied to the total amount wagered in each respective category. This structure ensures a fair balance across various game types.
Rewards/bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, IP address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). Gamegram reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
Gamegram reserves the right to enforce a maximum withdrawal amount from the winnings of bonuses/rewards (e.g. free spins). 12. Fairness
Gamegram operates under a Curaçao Gaming license issued by the Government of the Netherlands Antilles.
